“My experience, from start to finish, with the entire TMM staff was never short of "above par". Although I'm sure they've handled much larger programs than ours, ours was still a fairly comprehensive package with numerous events including entertainment, food & beverage, decor, rentals, transportation services, etc. ... I had never "transformed" a hotel ballroom with decor before... our evening events in the past were always off-site, and the venues we selected provided their own "built-in" decor. Based on just a few conversations with me, TMM came up with a decor plan they thought would be perfect for our event. I was uneasy from the start, never having done this before. I just wasn't convinced that the "line items of decor" we agreed on would truly change the look of the ballroom. They assured me I wouldn't recognize the room when they were done with it. They were right. It truly was spectacular. The TMM team arrived on schedule and went to work; and just hours later, I couldn't believe I was in the same room we held our conference of 300+ people in just the day before! Their approach to all aspects of our program exuded confidence, yet never too pushy or forceful.
