Closing Reception-Contemporary Arts Center - Wetlands Theme
The venue for the event was immersed in artistic renditions of Louisiana’s native creatures utilizing specialized lighting techniques, art exhibitions and photography. Cajun music and activities that displayed the beauty and majesty of the unique and disappearing wetlands of coastal Louisiana were highlighted at this event.
Opening Reception - Musical Festival at the Louisiana Superdome
The Louisiana Superdome was transformed into an “only in New Orleans” setting filled with music, entertainment, décor and food. French Quarter jazz, Riverboat ragtime and Mardi Gras merriment were highlighted in distinctive areas allowing attendees to experience what makes New Orleans internationally famous.
National World War II Museum - Patriotic Themed Event
We turned back time at the National World War II Museum by decorating in patriotic colors, having music and swing dancers from that era and stories of history which swept attendees back to when brave men and women shipped out to defend our freedom.
Earth, Fire, Air and Water, these are the key elements in ourlives.Tonight transform the ballroom into sections indicative of each of these elements. Trickling water facades and ice sculptures highlighted by cool blue tones reflect water. Twinkling votives, red up lighting and more create the hot fire area. Oxygen bars, white tones and breezy sensations create air. Earth then sits in the middle and is the center from which all other elements surround it.
A corporate Moroccan themed event begins with rich luxurious fabrics which enhance a Moroccan tented entrance flanked by giant urns. The interior features similar jewel toned sheer fabric overlays adorning dinner tables in alternating shades orange, fuchsia, purple and green. Dinner tables hosted authentic Moroccan lanterns surrounded by floral tables and capes of brightly colored roses enhanced by Mosaic glass candleholders.
