The challenge:
Creating fun-filled activities with "local color" while maintaining a professional environment conducive to brainstorming and problem solving was our main challenge. The client’s strict safety policies forced us to take risk management to a whole new level and the budget fluctuated throughout the planning phase which resulted in many changes and concessions along the way.
Our plan:
Planning and executing a three-day program that connected senior managers with "rising-star" employees from various geographic locations through activities, forums, teambuilding exercises, networking events and social gatherings with a "naturally New Orleans" twist was our objective. We worked with our client and our loyal vendors to ensure that the program was successful, safe and on budget.
