About the DMC Network Booth.
This year, the DMC Network will have a large presence on the IMEX show floor with our DMCN branded booth and activations.
This booth is always a great opportunity for partners to exhibit together under the DMC Network brand and in conjunction with your partners globally - sharing client meeting opportunities and making connections outside of your own network.
What's new this year?
This year we are making some significant changes to the Booth including designing a dedicated exhibition space for each partner, an exciting update based on your feedback! We have a couple of additional fun surprises for you on the booth too - stand by!
Cost: $3,200USD – for one attendee/destination for a dedicated branded seated area (limited spaced available).

DMCN Sales Meeting
Date: Monday 7 October 2024
Time: 13.00–18.30
Venue: Flankers, Mandalay Bay
Cost: One person per office complimentary.
Each additional attendee @$250pp.
The DMC Network Sales Meeting will take place at Flankers starting with tea & coffee at 13.00 with doors opening at 12.45 for those that would like to arrive early.

At 16:30 the meeting portion will end with a casual networking dinner and drinks, finishing at 18:30.

The DMC Network will be hosting our annual network client event at Skyfall again this year. The event includes complimentary attendance for each office and the opportunity to invite key clients and industry colleagues. Each year we look to enhance the event with fun new concepts and this year is no different!

DMCN Hosted Buyer Group
The DMC Network is once again be offering Hosted Buyer Group for IMEX America. We are delighted to offer each DMC Member the opportunity to invite your clients to partake in this offer!
This Group will be for North American based Buyers and will be hosted for 2 nights, arriving on Monday 7th October and departing after the show closes at 6pm on Wednesday 9th October. For East Coast buyers there will even be flexibility on flights.
Give your client the VIP treatment!
Along with VIP touches throughout the clients time at the show, The DMC Network will also be hosting a fun evening event on Tuesday 8th October with a dedicated client dinner off-strip at the renowned Carson's Kitchen and culminating in our Annual VIP DMCN Party! Should you have a client joining, you will have an opportunity to attend the pre-dinner and entertainment with the full hosted Buyer Group (cost per partner $250USD).
A note on Wednesday evening - for those clients that will be staying on for the Wednesday - we are asking those of you inviting a client to budget to take your client out for dinner this evening as our main DMCN evening is Tuesday.

Hosted Buyer Group
Our Australian representation company (for our DMCN partners throughout North America and Mexico) has brought over a fantastic group of Australian based buyers to IMEX America this year! We are thrilled to be hosting them for a pre-fam in Dallas Texas with the wonderful Ultimate Ventures.
During their time at IMEX America they will have the opportunity to meet with our partners through hosted buyer appointments on the show floor and at our Tuesday evening Client Event at Skyfall. A PDF dossier on the clients is available to download below.
