The time of day... My kids bath time – they are hilarious playing together in the bath!!

The smell... Snickerdoodle cookies fresh out of the oven.

The exercise… Yoga, there’s no better way to clear your head.

The TV show... Queer Eye and The Great British Bake Off in equal measure– every single episode of both, on repeat.

The book… That’s not my dinosaur…my Son’s current favourite

The music… Dave Matthews Band, Hozier, Damien Rice, Sigur Ros, Eminem, David Guetta, Justin Bieber.

The necessity... Dark chocolate – there isn’t a day that I don’t eat some.

The luxury... My nails – I LOVE getting manicures.

The piece of advice… Treat others how you would like to be treated. It's so easy to get caught up in ‘the busy’ of our lives, so I try to remind myself even at the busiest of times to make it my mantra to react to situations in a way that I would like to be reacted to.

The quote… In a world where you can be anything, be kind.

The friend… My Husband Alexander, he is my best friend

The hobby… Baking and cooking- I really enjoy time in the kitchen. I definitely got that from my Mom – we grew up with her always cooking and baking for us.  She bakes with my daughter now which is lovely.

The vice… Laundry – it seems never ending and I have been known to ignore it for days (and days) on end…

The virtue… The time I spend outdoors.  I’m an outdoor person - I love the outdoors so much that I get teased for how much I like fresh air! I’m constantly taking my kids on adventures in our local park and and I’m proud that they get so much time to play outside.

The vacation…  My honeymoon – it was the most indulgent holiday that we have ever done!  We started in Sri Lanka, moved onto Mauritius and finished up in Dubai – 3 weeks of adventure and luxury like we have never experienced before, it was incredible!  My parents are recreating their honeymoon for their 40th Anniversary, I’m hoping we can do the same with this holiday in the future!!

The drink… Hot chocolate and tons of marshmallows.

The dinner guests… Chef Nigella Lawson because I make her Christmas cookies every year; Kate Middleton because I’m fascinated by the royal family; Garrison Keillor, the American author I grew up listening to on the radio; Tara Stiles, a New York-based yoga teacher and Ellen DeGeneres, because I find her one of the most quick witted and entertaining people on TV.
