Inspiration of the Year 2024

An event organized by Senator Meetings & Incentives in cooperation with O2 Universum for one of our valued clients was awarded Inspiration of the Year 2024 at the 14th Ambassador Awards Evening, hosted by the Prague Convention Bureau. The Ambassador Awards Evening was held under the auspices of the Mayor of Prague.

The event brought together nearly 2,000 international participants and was recognized for its innovative and sustainable approach – particularly the use of Prague’s public transportation system. Modern city trams were utilized to provide smooth and eco-friendly transfers between the congress center and multiple hotel locations across the city. This approach not only highlighted the beauty of the city but also minimized the environmental footprint of the event.

I like to work for my clients as much as I did on the very first day when I founded Senator in 2004. As a counterweight to this busy life, I love to spend my free time in remote places that are not crowded with tourists, places that give me the space I need to rest, relax and gain new energy.

Katerina Hajkova studied Tourism at university and began her career at a subsidiary of Czech Airlines, where she spent ten years in a management role within the company’s travel agency. In 2005, she joined Senator Meetings & Incentives and today works as a Sales Director and Partner.

Ildikó Lippai has spent more than fifteen years in the international meetings and incentives industry, combining hands-on destination management with strategic destination development. After building her career within a destination management company, she joined the Budapest Convention Bureau, where she gained a broader understanding of the industry from a destination perspective.
