Mourning the loss of Lee Chipman

We are deeply saddened to share that Lee Chipman, a longtime leader with Terramar DMC and a familiar face to many in the DMC Network, has sadly passed away.
Lee's family and friends, along with the entire Terramar team, are in our hearts right now — with grace and gratitude for the incredible impact Lee has made on many of us.
Here is what Terramar has asked to share onward, in light of Lee’s passing.
Dear Friends and Industry Partners,
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden passing of our beloved colleague and friend, Lee Chipman.
Lee was so much more than a part of Terramar — he was a pillar of our company, a passionate industry professional, and a loyal friend to so many of you. His vibrant spirit, unwavering integrity, and commitment to excellence left an imprint not only on our team, but across the entire meetings and events industry.
As we begin to process this tremendous loss, we are prioritizing support for Yessika and Lee’s family, while also standing beside our Terramar team in grief and remembrance.
Our owner, Sunny Irvine, shared these heartfelt words:
“Lee wasn’t just a leader at Terramar — he was the heart of our culture. His passion for the industry, his unwavering integrity, and the joy he brought to every room were unmatched. I’ve lost not only a colleague but a dear friend. His impact on Terramar, on me personally, and on our entire industry will be felt for years to come.”
