2026 promises to be a celebratory year for the DMC Network, with many DMC partners making headlines as finalists for prominent industry awards to be presented early in the new year.
Terramar DMC and Access Morocco are both finalists for 2026 SITE Crystal Awards. The Crystal Awards are considered the incentive travel industry’s highest honor, with winners recognized at each year’s Society for Incentive Travel (SITE) Global Conference.
Both DMCs were named as finalists for “Excellence in Incentive Travel” awards, with Terramar DMC competing in the Latin American & Caribbean category and Access Morocco looking to take home the win for an Africa & Middle East-based incentive travel program.
The ADMEI Awards and accompanying ADMEI 2026 Conference are another staple on the DMC Network calendar, with 10 DMC Network partners recognized as 2026 ADMEI Achievement Award finalists.
This year’s finalists include:
Accent Indy for Best Community Event; Best Event - $100,001 - $250,000 USD; Best Group Activity; Best Six-Week Challenge
Destination Philly A.C. for Best Group Activity
ECO Destination Management for Best Community Event

In addition to the DMC awards, Jonathan Geerman (ECO Destination Management) and Alyssa Hart (Fifth Street Destination Management Company) were named as finalists for ADMEI's Carol Norfleet Destination Management Rising Star accolade.
Josh DeSilva (DeSilva Meeting Consultants) will also be recognized as ADMEI's Destination Management Professional of the Year — a fitting nod, as Josh also prepares to serve as the 2026 Board of Managers President for the DMC Network.
Rounding out this year's ADMEI honors are Shannon Gardner (Accent Indy) and Melissa Murray (Mosaix Group). Both women will be celebrated as ADMEI Hall of Fame / Lifetime Achievement Award winners during ADMEI's annual conference in early March 2026.
Rounding out the DMC Network’s achievements are the many individual DMC leaders who will be serving as presidents of their local association chapters and taking on other industry volunteer roles — demonstrating the Network’s shared commitment to building strong working relationships and expanding the power and potential of the global meetings & events industry.
“We’re a people-based industry and one that relies on strong global connections to deliver the kinds of outstanding experiences the DMC Network and its partners are known for,” said Managing Director Aoife Delaney.
“I’m so proud to support each of our partners as they continue to push the bar higher and achieve more each year. It’s a true embodiment of the way we continue to be here for our clients, the industry as a whole, and the local communities we operate in.”
The DMC Network HQ team will be applauding partners’ efforts at all of the industry events above to begin 2026.
