With over 20 years of industry experience, Barb began working with CTC as a client in 2005 and eventually joined the team in 2008.  After 17 years of planning in the greater Chicago area, she took over as owner with partner Daniel Ecklund in 2026. Their culture-first philosophy celebrates a tight-knit and well-trained team of professionals.

Barb lives a full life with her husband, Troy, and their mini schnauzer, Tony.  As towering figures and former volleyball players, they are avid golfers, travelers and foodies.  Get her on your pub trivia or golf outing team!
