With 30 years in the hospitality industry, Angie brings her expertise to the day to day management of Destination St. Louis. She joined the company as a Program Coordinator in 1999 and worked her way up to President in 2016. In January 2018, Angie became the second owner when she purchased the company from original owner & founder Julie Greenspoon.
With a passion for the hospitality industry and a love for St. Louis, Angie began her career as a teenager working on the sightseeing riverboats showcasing the Mighty Mississippi and grew up in the industry. Never saying ‘no’ to a new challenge, Angie has gained experience in many facets of the industry including sales, operations, catering, event planning and crisis management.
Angie is also active in the local hospitality industry. She has been on the board of directors for the International Live Events Association (ILEA) St. Louis Chapter for 5 years and has been a passionate member of the association for nearly 20 years.
Angie is a St. Louis native and lives in Sunset Hills with her husband and their two boys.
